Emergency Services including food, clothing, hygiene supplies , and shelter options.

FRC staff collaborate with the Homeless Crisis Response Program and the Butler County Housing and Homeless Coalition as well as other local and countywide agencies to work on solutions to homelessness and the temporary housing needs for residents of the Talawanda School District.

The FRC in partnership with the City of Oxford has operated a winter shelter program November 2020 through February 2021 and then again November 2021 through February 2022. The operation served over capacity for both years. Clients are provided shelter in a local motel and case management to assist them securing safe, permanent housing and other specific resources to their life situation.
