Sharefest
The ShareFest 2011 committee would like to extend their appreciation to all those involved in making this year’s event a success! There were a total of 174 volunteers that contributed their time by picking up, sorting, organizing, moving, and selling donations to assist local agencies such as the Family Resource Center, The Junction, Bunker Hill Haven for Boys, Lighthouse Food Pantry and Thrift Store, Butler County Children Services, and Serve City /Chosen.
This year, volunteers were particularly dedicated. Over 46% of volunteers returned for multiple volunteer shifts. Our committee hopes that volunteer time at ShareFest was an enjoyable, productive, and rewarding experience.
The impact that ShareFest had on the community will be detailed in the ShareFest 2011 Final Report.
