Emergency Financial Assistance (E.F.A.)


If you are facing eviction from your home, or the loss of basic utilities your household may qualify for financial assistance. Please go to our website www.frcoxford.org and fill out an intake form. Once we receive your form alongwith the supporting documentation, our staff will contact you for either a phone or in person appointment to discuss your case.

If you are unable to fill out our application online, please call us at 513-523-5859 to make an appointment to fill out the form via the telephone or in person at our office.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Six months residency in the Oxford/Talawanda School District

  • Household income of less than 125% of the federal poverty guideline

  • Verification documents have been provided

  • Household has or will have income to support future expenses

Residency Guidelines

Please note that due to strict funding guidelines, we are restricted to offer the most support to only those community members who qualify under each social service program. Please check your eligibility, before you call us. The basic requirement is 6 months of residency in the Oxford/Talawanda School District community.
